in high school, whenever I had to talk in front of the class I would write, in bold letters at the top of the page, “BREATH”. now it’s an everyday reminder, “just breath.” a reminder that life shouldn’t be taken so seriously. to stop focusing on one thing so intently that you forget the most fundamental act of living. so stop rushing around and just breath.

I need to learn to do this more often. Just breathe. It helps a lot.
