a while ago i attended a journal launch for ottawa’s art and science journal (http://www.artandsciencejournal.com/) and was introduced to photos of galaxies made black and white and it was absolutely enchanting. i thought about the prospect of inverting my photographs, especially the macro shots, to see what happened. to my surprise the photos were completely transformed. here are some shots of my explorations.
